Review by hotel critic
The cozy room with premium bedding and air conditioning made me feel right at home. the knowledgeable and attentive staff eagerly assisted me with recommendations for local activities, making my trip even more memorable. I loved the convenience of the amenities, like the large indoor pool, hot tubs, and cedar dry sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning Canadian wilderness. The central location of the hotel was ideal for me, as it allowed easy access to the nearby Bow River and Fenland Trail, where I enjoyed leisurely walks surrounded by breathtaking scenery. the staff's friendly demeanor extended not only to me but also to my furry companions, as they welcomed my dogs with open arms and patience, which made the stay even more enjoyable for all of us. The High Country Inn's proximity to the ski bus stop was convenient for my group, providing easy access to the nearby ski slopes. the option to pre-order a grab-and-go breakfast for early hikes was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. the lobby's cozy ambiance with a stone fireplace created the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of outdoor activities. Overall, High Country Inn exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for a truly unforgettable stay in Banff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the magnificent beauty of the Canadian Rockies while enjoying top-notch hospitality and amenities.
